MirrorTab is at the forefront of cybersecurity, offering advanced pixel streaming technology to safeguard web applications from client-side threats such as man-in-the-browser attacks, malicious browser extensions, and data scraping. Our innovative hologram technology streams secure virtual representations of web applications, creating a virtual air gap between web apps and end-users to enhance security without compromising user experience. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product with a strong background in network or perimeter security solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product innovation, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get their hands dirty to drive our product vision forward.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with MirrorTab’s mission to protect web applications from client-side security threats. Drive innovation and advocate for the product across all organizational levels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to set and achieve ambitious product goals. Foster strong relationships across the company to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects customer needs and market trends.
• Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of product management. Implement frameworks and systems that leverage empirical data to drive continuous product improvement.
• Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer. Understand their needs, the gaps in existing defense strategies, and ensure we’re building with their priorities in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within ****a network security or perimeter security product organization. Proven track record of managing software-based products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly in protecting web applications from client-side threats.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., banking, healthcare, etc.) with a focus on security and privacy compliance.
• Obsessive Focus: Obsession with craftsmanship and competitive desire to build the best product for our customers. You’re extremely detail-oriented and care about understanding every cog in a system
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and listening abilities. High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a collaborative nature. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative, flexible, and ambitious self-starter unafraid to implement new ideas.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly within security is a huge plus.
