Looking for a motivated enabler who can serve as a jack of all trades to ensure startup success. You will need to partner with the CEO and wear many hats. Responsibilities are varied including managing strategic projects, crafting company culture, goals & priorities while ensuring alignment amongst all employees, and managing core HR/Operations functions and processes.
Responsibilities
- Processes & Systems: Oversee HR (e.g. work with outsourced recruiter, manage/refine hiring process & onboarding), FInance (work with outsourced bookkeeper, budget, financials), Compliance (Soc2) and IT/Systems (computers, Google, Ramp, Gusto)
- Company Operating Mechanics: Responsible for Team meetings (all hands), offsites (support from EA on logistics), planning (annual & quarterly goals & tracking), project management, documentation & communication
- Special projects: Manage projects as needed including customer implementations
- Partner with CEO’s EA for scheduling and logistics
Required skills and qualifications
- Full time
- 3-5 years experience in early-stage enterprise SaaS organization in operational role
- Experience in planning and leading strategic program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enterprise customer facing experience
- Willingness to take the initiative to tackle any and all tasks needed to help the startup succeed
- Strong sense of accountability to ensure the clarity of company strategies and to drive team
- Efficiency and productivity
- Knows when to lead, and when to be a collaborative team member
